We dream every night, whether or not we remember anything upon awakening. Remembering dreams and learning to understand what they mean is a skill that can be developed with intention and practice. Connecting with and honoring the messages of one’s dreams creates a bridge between worlds and greatly benefits one’s waking life.
Dreams usually speak to us in a language of feelings, similes, metaphors, and associations, drawing on individual personal experience and personal and collective cultural references, with additional input from Spirit.
Dreams help us review, process, evaluate, plan, and remember. They can reveal details and unexpected information, provide ‘big picture’ overviews, and offer guidance and feedback about choices, relationships, health, attitudes and beliefs, creative ideas and expression, mundane events, problems and solutions, etc. They show us what we love and what we fear, what we long for and what we are trying to transform or release. Dreams are not bound by space or time, and can express the multi-dimensional nature of existence, connecting us to each other and to that which is larger than ourselves.
If you have ever wondered what your dreams mean, I offer a variety of ways to connect with their message(s) and wisdom. Having worked with dreams for over 30 years, I’ve developed an eclectic approach which engages the dreamer and enables the dream to unfold in an active and meaningful way. Whether one-on-one or in a group, discover the rewards of working with dreams, sharing dreams with others, and engaging with your dreams on a regular basis. Enrich your waking life with the wisdom, insight, and advice they offer each night.
